Flora Fong García. Contemporary plastic artist highlighted in Cuba, for the way he brings native landscapes to canvas or cardboard, in which tropical sensuality and Asian tenacity stand out. He is a member of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and the International Association of Plastic Artists (AIAP). She has been the recipient of several distinctions, including the Distinctions for National Culture in 1988. In addition to painting and drawing, Flora Fong has ventured into ceramics, stained glass, and fabric design. He has made illustrations for different national and international publications.
